The Soleil 2 is a luxurious yacht providing diving cruises in the Maldives. It can host up to 28 guests on board.
The Soleil 2 is a luxurious superior yacht newly built in the Maldives in 2015. Measuring 44 meters long and 13 meters wide, she cruises at 10 to 12 knots per hour and she is perfectly shaped for cruising the Indian Ocean and the Maldivian Atolls. She is run by Dune who has been organizing diving and underwater activities in the Maldives for 15 years. The Dune’s experience and the high quality on board are the perfect mixture to enjoy a cruise in the Maldives.
The Soleil 2 offers large spaces dedicated to your comfort. Several areas are especially designed for you to share time with guides after amazing underwater experience. The air-conditioned saloon will offer you a very nice place to relax with an entertainment system fully equipped with a TV, a film projector, a sound system and a DVD player. You will also find two spacious dinning areas: one indoor with air-conditioning and the other on the top deck with open air covered seatings. There is a large sun deck as well for relaxing between dives or enjoying the amazing sunset views from the hot tub.
Diving with The Soleil 2 takes place from the dedicated dhoni powered with a 25HP engine and fully equipped with compressors and dive gear storage to maximise space and quiet on the mother ship. The yacht also comes with a photo/video loading station and offers divers the chance to explore some of the best sites the Maldives has to offer, from the classic central atolls with manta rays and beautiful reefs, to the less explored northern and southern atolls.
In order to ensure safety on board, The Soleil 2 includes GPS, oxygen, first aid equipment and a defibrillator.
The Soleil 2 has 14 luxurious cabins which can comfortably accommodate up to 28 guests.
All cabins include air-conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with fresh hot and cold water.
2 Master Suites: Equipped with one double bed, a wardrobe, a sofa and windows.
6 Balcony Cabins: Equipped with either one double bed or two single beds, a balcony, a wardrobe and windows.
6 Standard Cabins: Equipped with two single beds and portholes.
Weights, weight belts and 12L or 15L aluminum tanks with standard yoke and DIN valve are included.
All diving will provide experienced guide to lead the dive.
