Mangguana is a traditional wooden Phinisi Schooner, it sails non-stop in Komodo National Park with the most flexible dive shcedule, it can hosts max. 8 guests on board.
Mangguana is a "special" liveaboard, it offers a 7 day diving program in Komodo all year, which divers can join any date and for as many days as wished. The trip combine leisure sailing and diving in away that makes Mangguana an ideal choice for both divers and non-divers.
Mangguana was completely refurbished in 2007 with a modern teak wooden interior and the lastest navigational and safety equipment. It has 27 meters in length and 5.5 meters in beam, cruise at 9.5 knots per hour, with standard European 220V outlets but 110V adapeters available on board.
The teak interiors lend the ship a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The upper deck comprises a salon which doubles as the dining room, and a library offering a collection of books about the local fauna, flora and history. There is also a TV, DVD player, computer and overhead projector for immediate viewing of your photos.
The bar offers beer, wine and other alcoholic drinks. Mineral water, soft drinks, coffee, and tea are available 24h. Meals are of international standard with a focus on seafood.
On the upper deck there are deck chairs and space for relaxing both in the sun as well as in the shade.
Mangguana is fitted with all internationally required safety equipment and a well appointed first-aid box to treat all kinds of minor injuries. We have an agreement with an air-charter company in Bali using a sea-plane in case of emergency evacuation.
Mangguana has 4 comfortable guest cabins, it can accommodates only 8 guests per trip :
All cabins are air-conditioned and have an en-suite bathroom with a hot shower and a sink.
All cabins are located on the main deck with windows.
3 Cabins: With a double bed(lower) and a single bed (upper), bunk style.
1 Cabin: With a double bed and a single bed.
Up to 5 dives per day, including night dive, depends on the program.
Divers can join in any day for as long as you wish.
Dive will be provide on the day of arrival and departure.

All diving will provide expericed guide to lead the dive.
