Diving Liveaboard with Carpe Vita Explorer who begins service in February 2011, she is a very exciting and luxurious 125 foot wooden-hull safari yacht, along with her 65-foot custom matching dhoni. Your trip will be magical onboard with her. Carpe Vita Explorer is a professional dive yacht running by Explorer Ventures Fleet, it offers different dive routes in the Maldives according to the season, it can sleeps max. up to 20 guests.
Carpe Vita Explorer is a 38.2 meters long, 10.36 meters wide professional dive liveaboard built in 2010, and started liveaboard service in February 2011. Built and powered for comfort, safety and stability, it can reach 13 knots cruising speed.
Carpe Vita Explorer’s main deck contains a large air-conditioned dining and lounge area, boutique area, and there is an entertainment center with TV, DVD/CD, stereo music system. On the back of the main deck, there is a common outdoor seating area where guests can relax during the trip.
The upper deck features a large al-fresco dining area and a bar, as well as comfortable lounge chairs, and there is access via an outside walkway to the front deck area.
The topmost deck is the sun deck which offers both shaded and full-sun areas for relaxation as well as a Jacuzzi and ample lounge area.
There is also a camera charging station and a large camera table on the back of the main deck. There are two sets of stairs accessing the swim platform where two in-water ladders hang for easy access to and from the water for a refreshing swim when the vessel is at anchor.
All diving will be done from the dive dohni.
Carpe Vita Explorer has 10 large comfortable staterooms, can comfortably accommodates 20 guests.
All cabins have private ensuite bathroom and shower, individually-controlled air conditioning systems, dresser, hanging closet, flat panel TV, outlets for charging electrical devices.
2 VIP suites:
Located on the Upper deck, with a king or 2 super single beds, sitting area, large wardrobe, large windows, private ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub.
2 Main Deck Staterooms:
Located on the main deck, with a king bed or 2 super single beds and desk/chair, dresser, hanging closet, large windows.
6 Lower Deck Staterooms:
Located on the lower deck, with one queen and one twin beds, desk/chair.
Up to 5 dives per day (2 dives on the last day), include night dives.
No dive provided on the day of arrival and departure.
All diving will provide experienced guide to lead the dive.
All divers must have a submersible console.
