Adelaar is a beautiful old Dutch Schooner which has been sailing the Komodo Archipelago for the past 17 years . It’s a luxurious five star boat, to accommodate the modern traveler in Komodo National Park, for a luxurious diving liveaboard.
Adelaar is a beautiful old Dutch Schooner, 38.7 meters long, 5.5 meters wide, cruise at 6.5 knots. With all the amenities of a luxury boutique hotel. Built in ‘classical yacht’ style, the interior has rich Teak wood paneling and high ceilings.
Adelaar has a cozy main salon located on the below deck. Guests can relax on the sofa with a good book from the extensive library, challenge frineds to a game of chess at the game table, or write those postcards seated at one of the desks. Have the steward prepare a cocktail from the well stocked bar, while guests settle down to relax or just request the cocktails, it be delivered topside while guests are relax watching a sunset.
In the salon, there is also a flat screen TV’s connected to the ship’s video and audio streaming system with access to more than 3,000 movies and 30,000 songs when guest crave any entertainment.
The main deck has a large table and seating area, situated under an expansive sun awning, which provides the perfect spot for enjoying the scenery while cruising. The forward deck is fitted with comfortable cushions for relaxing and sunbathing. Depending on conditions, many meals will be served alfresco.
Adelaar offers gourmet meals during the cruise, served a la cart in the main dining salon which located on the upper level. Large windows provide a panoramic view of the vivid landscapes as we cruise through the Archipelago.
The upper deck also houses the Navigation Room, which is equipped with fully compliant navigational instruments. A spacious crew dining area/lounge is also located in this area. The outside upper aft deck is the dedicated smoking area for smoking guests.
There is also an outside bathroom with toilet, sink and shower on the aft deck, which comes in handy when guests are wet after after diving, snorkeling or swimming.
Adelaar is the perfect choice for small group travel or private journeys for family and friends. If guests decide to charter the boat, we can customize the trip itinerary to suit the needs of your group.
The onboard cruise director assures that each day is filled with exciting activities, such as sailing, island excursions to meet the local people, trekking, snorkelling or scuba diving. This coupled with dramatic scenery, fabulous cuisine, and plenty of sunshine is the perfect recipe for your holiday time.
Adelaar also can schedule a private day trip charter to Candidasa Bay, Nusa Lembongan or Nusa Penida. We can organize a special day for diving or snorkeling in pristine waters, visiting local fishing villages, or just walking along beautiful beaches. A splendid lunch, prepared fresh by our Chef, awaits you back onboard.
Adelaar is available for private functions, creating a unique setting for important business contacts or for that special person in your life. We can arrange anything from a gourmet business lunch to a romantic dinner under the stars.

1 Master Suite：
The exclusive master suite is fitted with generously high ceilings, a queen size bed, sofa and work desk, as well as abundant closets and drawer space. The master en-suite marble bathroom has a spacious shower, with separate sink and toilet area.
3 Deluxe Cabins：
Each have double bed, individually controlled air-conditioning, and en-suite bathrooms. Two of those staterooms also have a sofa which can be converted to a single bed for children or for those wishing to have separate beds.
4 dives per day, depending on conditions.
Normally, no dive provided on the day of arrival and departure.
All diving will provide expericed guide to lead the dive.
