Onboard Komodo Dancer, which is based in Bali, Indonesia, you’ll explore the waters in and around the Flores Sea including Komodo National Park. The Komodo Dancer is a traditionally-crafted, double-mast, wooden motor sailor stretching 30 Meters with a width of 9 meters. She accommodates a maximum of 16 guests who are completely pampered by a crew of 17!

On a single trip you’ll encounter vibrant local cultures, Komodo Dragons, colorful coral reefs and abundant marine life that are all perfectly paired with superior accommodation and a professional, attentive crew.

Komodo Dancer’s primary itinerary focuses on diving in Komodo National Park which sits at the heart of the intersection between five major ocean currents, making it one of the most bio-diverse places in the world. The park is home to more than 1,000 species of fish, 385 species of reef building corals, 70 species of sponges, 10 dolphin species, six whale species, giant sea turtles, dugongs, and various other species of sharks and rays. The underwater terrain ranges from thrilling vertical walls and pinnacles to tranquil sandy flats. The marine life provides a broad spectrum of experiences from heart-pounding encounters with mantas and other large pelagics all the way down to the total satisfaction of spotting tiny pygmy seahorses.
