Situated on second floors, generously proportioned Veranda Ridge Rooms offer views of the northern hills of the island and the quiet lane on which the Resort is located. Spacious rooms are accented by hand crafted furniture and original artworks from the Ethnic Art Institute of Micronesia. A private entrance leads to the bright and spacious bedroom.

With ample space for your relaxation, gracefully appointed Veranda Ocean View Rooms offer views of the Southern Garden, Swimming Pool, Chamorro Bay and the surrounding hills of Rull from the first to the second floor. A private entrance leads to the bright and spacious bedroom.

The Grand Suites include spacious living room, master bedroom and dressing area with the ambience of tropical Victorian residence. Located on the first or second floor, these beautiful suites have views of the Southern Garden, Swimming Pool, Chamorro Bay and the surrounding hills of Rull. Hand crafted furniture and original artwork accent the hardwood floors providing a warm and luxurious atmosphere.

Refreshe you in the pool, right in the middle of our lush gardens (but in close distance to the bar). Sitting poolside is the perfect way to start and end your days. The view of the ocean doesn’t hurt either.

From big to small, Yap has it all. You will tend to agree with it. Mantas, big shark species, eagle rays / nudies and mandarins… we could go on but it would be much easier to just say “un-beatable”. Dive guides have spent a lifetime searching for the best diving spots on this island in order sharing with you. The dive center is modern, fully equipped and purposes Free NITROX! and PADI/SSI Training courses are offered. Speed boats are available for rent.
